what a great idea, turn an old barn into a wonderful pair of apartments upstairs and a couple of amazing spaces downstairs, using someone elses money and meanwhile practicing the skills i've learnt on the other huge project i did down the road look i'm being very vague in case anyone reads this who knows what i maybe talking about.
